Mission Statement

Douglas County Habitat for Humanity (DCHFH) is an independent, grass-roots organization serving low-income families in Georgia's Douglas County. We rely on donations from local individuals and organizations to finance our housing program. Through your financial contributions and volunteer labor, we build homes at no profit and sell them through zero-interest mortgages to hard-working families who could never otherwise hope to purchase their own homes.
