Mission Statement

The Thunder in the Valley Air Show is a non-profit event that began 16 years ago as a local fly-in for aviation enthusiasts. We are proud of our history, awards and industry recognition, but the reason we host the Air Show every year is the support it generates for Chattahoochee area children’s charities and youth organizations. In 2013, Thunder in the Valley Air Show donated $41,300 to eight worthy groups in the Chattahoochee Valley, bringing total contributions over the years by the Air Show to more than $700,000.
