This type of attention, called palliative care, involves the aggressive treatment of physical and emotional pain and symptoms. It focuses on enhancing a patient’s comfort and improving quality of life.

Complete flakes - they don't return emails or phone calls. Very un-transparent in their attitude. It makes me wonder if this for-profit hospital has any commitment to the volunteer program other than satisfying the medicare requirements.
