The Enid Literacy Council, Inc. provides free learning materials and tutoring services to meet the needs of adults who wish to improve their academic and communications skills, thus promoting the empowerment of residents of Enid, Garfield County, and surrounding counties by helping individuals raise their literacy levels.

The Enid Literacy Council, Inc. provides free one-to-one volunteer tutoring services to adults who are either native English speaking language learners seeking to improve their literacy skills, and to those seeking to learn English as a Second Language. The Enid Literacy Council, Inc. provides free training to volunteer tutors, and free learning materials for both tutors and students to use.
