Mission Statement

To eradicate breast cancer as a life threatening disease by advancing research, screening, treatment and education.

Our affiliate also works to connect, celebrate and promote survivors and survivorship.

Description

We work to raise funds for our mission and have both local educational programs and grants to fulfill that mission, working with uninsured and underserved populations as well as those in need of cultural and other support to foster the goal of successful survivorship.

Our premier event is the Race for the Cure, but we also engage in many other educational, outreach, and programmatic events to support the eradication of breast cancer and the needs of Massachusetts in fighting this disease.
