Description

Refocus Outreach Ministry, Inc. was conceived in 1999 in the form of a collaborative effort by the local faith community and the visionary leadership of Martha Melvin, a recovered addict, wife and mother, who committed herself to the special challenges facing women. Refocus offers various residential opportunities designed to assist individuals who are making the transition from homlessness, substance abuse, and/or incarceration to healthy productive lives.
