BASICS is a faith based charity organization located in Ghana,West Africa, with its headquarters in New York, USA. BASICS is a registered 501(C)(3) in the USA and recognized as a NGO in Ghana.
Brothers And Sisters In Christ Serving is committed to implementing programs in Africa to empower individuals permanently not temporary.

Description

BASICS International began with the establishment of the "Back to School" Program- a school sponsorship program in 2000.
The core efforts of BASICS is to PLACE EVERY SCHOOL AGE CHILD BACK IN SCHOOL . This was inspired after our founder; who met a young child during her daily walk through Chorkor a fishing community in Ghana West Africa. She learned that this young girl and many like her were NOT attending school and had already entered the workforce.

Moved by the plight of the children of Ghana , BASICS was founded.
