We seek to help the needy improve their living environment, work toward financial independence and foster self-esteem. In addition, we envision a greater New Britain community where decent, safe housing instills pride and a sense of stability home by home and neighborhood by neighborhood.

To accomplish this we believe in education, through homebuyer workshops, financial fitness, landlord and tenant classes offered free of charge to the public.

Our assistance does not stop there. We work with individuals who are unable to meet their financial obligation of paying their mortgage. This is accomplished by either a foreclosure prevention workshop or individual counseling by an informed, and knowledgeable counselor. In some cases, both workshop and counseling is advised. This is also free of charge to the public.
