Mission Statement

The PourHouse, Inc. is a non profit company that desires to see restoration of the homeless to a place of dignity and wholeness of person. We believe that this path of restoration begins through outreach and results in "in-reach". Encouraging others on the path to wholeness can be a significant task. With that in mind, we have chosen to focus on four primary areas; Outreach, Job Placement and Training, Mentorship and Partnership. As a new company, our goal is to grow and develop each of these areas, with our ultimate vision being shaped by the voice of those we serve.

Description

Relationship-based approach to meeting the needs of the homeless in Indianapolis (clientele tends to be predominately male). Focus is on quality, rather than quantity. We work with individuals to achieve their goals including, but not limited to employment, healthcare needs, clothing, food, transportation, ID, and resolution of emotional, spiritual, and relational issues. Though we do not directly provide all services listed, we work in cooperation with existing providers to llink clients with needed services.
