Mission Statement

The Littleton Police Department is committed to community service and effective,professional law enforcement. Our mission is to work in partnership with the citizens of our community to provide the services they want in a timely and professional manner.

Our volunteers make this mission possible by working in tasks which otherwise might be assigned to commissioned officers, thus taking them away from more critical work. Volunteers perform services and tasks which otherwise might not be available to our citizens.
