Academic Center of Excellence

Mission Statement

The Academic Center of Excellence (ACE) is sponsored by Bridges Community Economic Development Corporation (Bridges) and the University of California. ACE is designed to bridge the gap between mainstream educational objectives and the underserved communities in the greater Los Angeles area to increase the academic performance and college-going rates. This program is designed to give all youth access to high quality supplemental educational programs therefore creating a level playing field. Our ultimate objective is to provide educational resource and support so that every student has an opportunity to achieve his/her full intellectual potential.
