On average the facility is used 81 times per year for FVSA organizations events and meetings with approximately a thousand horses on the grounds annually. Other guests' organizations utilized the facility approximately 35 times per year with nearly seven hundred horses visiting the grounds annually. This facility hosts a broad spectrum of equine activities from driving to jumping and participants can be any breed of horse, pony or mule. In order to encourage, promote, and support education and youth programs FVSA donates the rental fees for the entire year for monthly meeting room use to the Central Wranglers 4H Club, 4H Horse Bowl Team, and Fox Valley Saddle and Spur 4H Club. The facility is given without rental fee to the 4H Horse Judging and Hipology event, 4H Team Tournament representing Kane, Kendall, DuPage, Lake and McHenry counties, 4H Northern Illinois Regional Horse Judging Clinic, and 4H Horse Bowl Team representing members in Kane County. FVSA supported and completely sponsored the annual horse-judging seminar for Future Farmers of America (FFA) involving four Illinois counties, seven FFA high school clubs and over a hundred and twenty students. Special needs groups for example Cowboy Dreams, and Mooseheart Orphanage Charities, in addition to other not-for-profit groups, such as Re Run Thoughbreds, Reins of Change, and St James Pony Clubhave received assistance or services by FVSA without charge or greatly reduced fees. FVSA organized an emergency equine item collection location and donated transportation funds for victims of Hurricane Katrina. The facility is provided to other horse organizations for example: Blackhawk Appaloosa Association, Illinois Pinto Association, Midstate Morgans , Land of Lincoln Quarter Horse, Ponies of America, IDTCA, and Wisconsin-Illinois Buckskin, Dun & Grulla Promoters. The facility has been used with groups as small as ten people to hundreds of individuals.
