Description

Family Networks provides counseling, educational programs, and support to low-income children (ages infant through high school) and their families, who are struggling with several risk factors: poverty, homelessness, abuse and neglect, domestic violence, and physical and mental health issues. Our programs are focused on children and families living in Hennepin County.
