Mission Statement

SPSSEG is a non-profit organization committed to increasing salmon populations in the South Puget Sound Region through habitat restoration, community education and volunteer involvement.

Description

SPSSEG completes habitat restoration throughout Puget Sound to increase spawing and rearing habitat for salmonid species. We host an educational salmon trail at Kennedy Creek where 5,000 public visitors each November view 40,000-80,000 chum salmon spawning in native habitat.
