Mission Statement

To improve the quality of life of the depress neighborhoods at the east of Burlington

Description

To achieve the mission, the initiative works through two main startegies: weeding and seeding.

Weeding consists of law enforcement's and prosecutors' efforts to "weed out" criminals who participate in violent crime and drug abuse through enforcement, adjudicationo, prosecution, and supervision.

Seeding brings prevention, intervention, treatment, and neighborhood revitalization services to the area. Constantly recreation & culture, economy improvement, educaction and social consulting programs are in development.
