CHP provides free support and referral services to both patients and their loved ones. CHP, Inc. is a private, non profit (501[c]3) organization chartered to provide free educational development, support, and referrals for improving the quality of life of individuals and families facing catastrophic health events. YOU ARE NOT ALONE

The array of problems and questions that come with a catastrophic health diagnosis can be bewildering. You and your family may suddenly need financial/legal advice, insurance options, information about medical conditions, treatments, and alternatives, Social Security and disability information, and support. CHP's services are tailored to each patient and family's specific needs. CHP provides these services for free.
