We invite and welcome you to be our guest for an evening at one of our weekly squadron meetings. When you arrive, one of our members will give you a tour of CAP. You'll get a chance to meet our members who will discuss the organization and provide you with informational pamphlets and accompany you for the evening to answer any questions you might have about the Civil Air Patrol.
There is no commitment for joining Civil Air Patrol as a Cadet or Senior Member and there are several types of membership.
The Civil Air Patrol has been providing emergency services for over 50 years. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, and to make a difference. There is something for everyone to learn to do. The myriad of jobs and roles are not limited to only aviation, so if your not familiar with aviation, your not alone. I have found that members are all gregarious, and always willing to make themselves available as a mentor. Since I have joined, I have learned many neat and applicable tips and skills. I only regret not having joined earlier!
Squadron 150 is a fantastic group of professionals who want to give back to their communities through their aviation skills, search and rescue training, cadet services, and aerospace education. I recommend everyone come and check it out! Pilots and non pilots are welcome along with photographers.

Civil Air Patrol is the Auxiliary of the US Air Force and provides an opportunity to serve your country and community one night a week and of course when the call arises to serve. Once you become a CAP member all the training you can imagine is provided and encouraged. The mentoring opportunities are everywhere. It is a great way to build you skills and your resume at the same time you serve others. It’s a win-win!
