Description

Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) was established as a political sub-division of the State of Ohio in April 1949 (ORC 1515). It is one of 88 SWCD's in the state of Ohio. Conservation education and implementation are primary objectives for Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District's Public Involvement - Public Education (PIPE) Program. Education raises awareness of issues that affect our natural systems, impacting the quality of life in our communities. Conservation implementation puts conservation "on the ground", improving water quality in the entire region in which we live, work, and play.
