Studio Grand

Mission Statement

Studio Grand is a multi-disciplinary arts storefront in Oakland, California. We support local families, youth, and emerging and established artists by hosting a mix of music, performance, visual art, classes and events. Studio Grand seeks to provide artists and performers with an affordable and highly visible location, while encouraging both artist and community to challenge boundaries of culture, age, genre, and discipline through collaboration and continued education. Studio Grand programming will reflect and serve the diverse communities that surround Oakland’s Lake Merritt and will offer an informal space in which to explore and to connect through our creative voices.
