Spare Key assists Minnesota homeowners with critically ill or seriously injured children by providing a mortgage payment to the lender on the family's behalf, allowing parents to spend time with their child.

Description

Spare Key makes one-tme mortgage payments directly to lenders to help qualified families spend time together during their child's illness. This grant allows parents to take time off to be with their child in the hospital without having the worry of this month's mortgage payment.
