Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Berrien County Historical Association to collect, preserve, and interpret the history of Berrien County through exhibits, tours, publicaitons, and educational and community outreach programs for public benefit.

Description

The Berrien County Historical Association preserves and interprets the history of Berrien County. It is the site of the historic county seat and includes the 1839 Courthouse, 1870's Sherriff's House and Museum Store, 1830 Murdock Log House, Bennett's Forge, and 1870 Jail Plaza.
