The Visiting Nurse Service of New York provides a wealth of services, from skilled nursing care to rehabilitation therapy to personal services, like assistance with bathing, preparing meals, even companionship and meal delivery. And we provide those services in your home. Our home health care professionals work with patients in all five boroughs of New York City, as well as Nassau County and parts of Westchester County.

Description

The Visiting Nurse Service, Meals on Wheel program delivers hot nutrition meals to home bound older adults in Northeast Queens. The program serves senior who can not provide their own meals in accordance to New York City Department of Aging guidelines.
