Mission Statement

Our mission here at Giving Gardens is to foster healthy communities by empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge it takes to produce optimum nutrition, starting from the ground up.

Our goal is to involve local residents, schools, and businesses in the hopes of forming a more tight-knit, healthy community.

• We provide organic fruit and vegetable seedlings, free of charge, to those willing to donate a portion of what is grown, to others in need.
• We will expand our community wide composting program.
• We will provide instructional workshops on home gardening, composting, h omemade organic fertilizers, and sustainable, ecological farming.

This spring we will be establishing community gardens in the city, schools, churches, and businesses. If you interested in having a garden at your location please feel free to contact us.

I loved working with this organization! It's so nice to help a non profit garden for their community by donation to food banks and schools! What a great cause to support!
