Workplace Hollywood is a workforce development program for the entertainment industry. There is a three tiered programming approach to facilitate our mission. 1) Internship initiative - designed to provide paid internships for minority and low income high school and college students so that they can get hands on work experience and develop connections in the industry. 2) Entry level job initiative - providing training for administrative assistants for entertainment jobs and providing life skills and soft skillstraining for candidates so that they can succesffully compete for industry jobs. 3) Management Iniatiative- focused on recruiting a pool of talented mid to upper level management talent and introducing them to industry the entertainment industry culture and job opportunities and preparing and referring these candidate for positions.
