CATCH Healthy Habits Program

CATCH Health Habits pairs teams of adults 50+ with kids in grades K-5. Classes meet once a week for up to 25 weeks. This is a unique intergernational physical activity and nutrition program that benefits two generations: kids and adults age 50+. A grant from the WellPoint Foundation (Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Sheild Foundation) enables the Oasis Insitute to use this CATCH (Coordinated Approach to Child Health) program. Oasis works in partnership with Southern New Hampshire Services, In. to implement this program.
