Mission Statement

Zonta International is a worldwide service organization of female executives in business and the professions working together to advance the status of girls and women, with more than 33,000 members in 1,254 clubs in 67 countries.

Description

The Zonta Club of Syracuse supports the International mission, through advocacy and hands on service projects. Particular interests include Literacy, Elimination of Domestic Violence, Education and Community Improvements. We raise funds to support this mission, and to provide annual grants, scholarships and awards - locally & nationally. Our major fundraiser for the past several years has been the Parade of Homes. We also participate in the NYSDOT's Adopt a Highway program.
