The mission of the Maryland Soccer Foundation (MSF) is to develop, manage and maintain high quality soccer fields on which youth players can grow and develop into skilled soccer players.

In addition, MSF wants to provide youth players the opportunity to experience soccer at all levels: recreational, premier, collegiate, semi-professional and professional.
