A family of God's people challenged and equipped by God's word to reach out to all the community by worshipping, teaching, and serving through Christ's love.

Description

Trinity Lutheran Church, established in Stockton in the year 1882. A Christian Congregation based on the teachings of Martin Luther.

We believe in the Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as taught in the Bible.


We believe that God is the creator and sustainer of life and that he loved the world so much that he sent his one and only Son, Jesus Christ, to die on our behalf upon the cross for the sins of all people.

We believe that His resurrection on Easter morning declared God's victory over sin, death, and the devil for all who trust in God's gift of eternal life.

We believe that God has sent to his church his Holy Spirit which creates and sustains faith in this one God. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and that the Lutheran Confessions are an accurate explanation of the Scriptures.

We believe that God offers forgiveness and spiritual strength to us today through both the Bible and through the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion.
