To identify and address vital environmental concerns by providing medical care for injured birds of prey, and through environmental education and research initiatives.

Description

The Cener for Birds of Prey's Avian Medical Center/Oiled Bird Treatment Facility provides medical care for injured birds of prey on a daily basis, and will be the responding agency in the event of an oil spill emergency in the Atlantic coastal region. Our Education Program includes off-site and on-site public programs. Research initiatives are on-going.
