We strive to be the premier provider of an array of human services that encourages self-reliance, dignity and hope.

Description

VOA Chesapeake operates the Residential Program Center (RPC) in Arlington, VA under contract with Arlington County. The RPC offers a safe place where people in crisis can address their problems and take the steps necessary to regain their independence. The RPC is the only year-round homeless shelter for men and women in Arlington that offers detoxifcation and substance abuse recovery under one roof.
