Connections Human Services is a non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to identify and assist community members in identifying planning and funding projects to meet the needs of specific communities or groups.

We were founded in the period of the decline in public assistance and funding for services. Or goal is to help communities, meet the needs of thier citizens through community awareness and volunteerism
