Mission Statement

180/2020 is a multi-agency initiative in Santa Cruz County, CA to help 180 homeless men, women and families find permanent supported housing.

Description

180/2020 is a community effort in Santa Cruz County to help men, women and families who have expirienced long-term homelessness turn their lives around. We will help move the into permanent housing, with the support services the need to stay housed, thereby changing lives and improving our community.
