Healthy Aging Association is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help older Americans live longer, healthier, more independent lives by promoting increased physical activitity, and sound health and nutrition practices.
Ou fitness program includes strength training exercises for eight major muscle groups, flexibility components and balance training. We use rubber exertubes with soft grip handles, no weights. Most exercises can be done seated or standing. We have 36 sites throughout Stanislaus County catering to 60 years and better.
