Mission Statement

Legacy Hospice using a team approach will provide holistic comfort care to terminaly ill patients and their families having an individualized Plan of Care for each patient developed by the hospice staff.

Description

Our goal is to identify and train volunteers with a hospice heart who are willing to be direct care volunteers who provide companionship for patients or who are willing to be in-direct volunteers who help with office activities. We also are actively training Veteran to Veteran Volunteers, these volunteers are military veterans that provide companionship to terminally ill veterans.
