Description

Current PROGRAM Initiatives

YouLEAD

YouLEAD is a middle and high school site program in which a core group of students engage with peers to raise awareness of diversity issues, build leadership skills, and create inclusive environments. Each session is designed for students to explore self-awareness, collaboration, and social responsibility through the lens of diversity leadership.

LeadDIVERSITY

LeadDIVERSITY links emerging leaders with experienced civic leaders. Each class studies corporate, non-profit, and government institutional approaches to diversity issues. Emphasis is squarely placed on why diversity issues are critical to community progress and what citizens can do to facilitate positive progress - both as individuals and as part of groups.

Professional Development Services

The Diversity Center helps bridge inclusion across cultures. We provide customized training on a broad range of human relations issues including racism, religious discrimination, and other cultural biases.
