Starlight Children's Foundation is an international non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of seriously ill children and their families through imaginative programs that educate, uplift their spirits, foster a sense of community and help alleviate the pain and fear of prolonged illness.

Description

Starlight's Great Escapes program plans and staffs outings and events for seriously ill children and families during which they can relax and regroup, and spend time together as a family. We create and invite families to fun events like picnics, movie screenings, ball games and crafting. It is all about helping the family forget that a child is sick, and lifting everybody's spirits.
