Mission Statement

The mission of Madison County Health Partners Free Clinic is to provide basic health care to the uninsured population of Madison County, Ohio.

Description

The MCHP Free Clinic provides health care to low income, uninsured people and are only able to do this through the generosity of others. The work being done at the free clinic is important to our community. Our patients are not eligible for government medical assistance nor do they have employer sponsored health insurance. Our patients 'fall in the gap' and the free clinic works to take care of them so they can continue to work, go to school and take care of their families. The free clinic removes the economic barrier for the uninsured giving them access to a primary care physician, diagnostic testing, prescription medicine and preventative care. Free clinic volunteer doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, social service workers and lay persons have allowed MCHP to provide nearly 7,000 free medical office visits in the past 8 years.
