The National Telemarketing Victim Call Center (NTVCC) provides consumer fraud prevention services to older consumers who have been victimized by mass marketing scams.

Description

The NTVCC manages and operates a reverse boiler room where volunteers are trained to have conversations with victims, deliver a specific prevention message, give tips on avoiding victimization, and gather information about current scams.
