Hospice is a medical program designed to comfort terminally ill patients and their families, while providing physical, emotional and spiritual support in their environments.

What does it take to be a hospice volunteer?

Roze Room is looking 18+ year old caring and compassionate people who are dependable, emotionally mature and have a desire to connect with persons in need/make a difference.

As a volunteer, what will I be doing?

Volunteers may be the last stranger patients ever meet, so meeting with Patients and their families is one way to help, however Volunteering is an opportunity for finding needs and creativity. Office assistance and providing home and phone visits to families are just some of the things you could do as a Roze Room Hospice Volunteer.

Where would I be working?

Roze Room Hospice serves the San Gabriel Valley, Santa Clarita and San Fernando and Los Angeles areas. We would look for a site that would be close to your home and works with your schedule
