To provide material and emotional support to needy families in the Pikes Peak region through two primary programs: one providing school supplies and one providing holiday gifts.
Being always mindful that those we serve are our neighbors, and deserve to be treated with dignity and compassion.
Christmas Unlimited provides and opportunity for parents to "shop" for toys during December at their Distribution Center. Parents are allocated points to spend like dollars in a store-like environment. Last December each of 13,601 children received $35-$40 in gifts.
School supplies are distributed to needy families in mid-August. In 2006 sets of basic supplies were given to 2,400 children.
For each these programs famlies are referred to Christmas Unlimited by area community service organizations.
Christmas Unlimited also provides material support to senior care facilities and area community centers.
