Preamble
We believe that charter schools in Hawaii benefit from a network and an organization through which they can communicate amongst each other, assist government agencies in their efforts to ensure the success of charter schools, advocate for individual schools and a successful charter school system, provide and facilitate the delivery of support services, promote research-based best practices and educational reform, educate the general public about charter schools, and promote their common purposes.
