Mission Statement

The Visiting Nurse Association of Fox Valley (VNA), is a humanitarian, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable and comprehensive primary care and community health services.

Recognizing that each individual is unique and is to be treated with dignity, VNA extends quality care to individuals regardless of their ability to pay for service in accordance with established VNA charitable care policies.

Description

VNA is a community health organization dedicated to bringing healthcare wherever it's needed. This is accomplished through our Home Health, Hospice, Community Health and Wellness, as well as our Health Center services.

VNA provides healthcare with a team of close to 200 physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, registered dietitians, medical social workers
and support personnel.

This care is delivered in patient homes, community sites and VNA Health Centers. VNA serves people of all ages and all socioeconomic levels.
