Molly Brown House Museum Mission: The mission of Historic Denver's Molly Brown House Museum is to accurately portray the story of Margaret Tobin Brown within the context of her lifetime through ongoing research, artifact collection, preservation, and educational programming in order to inspire courage, conviction and proactive change in the spirit of Margaret Brown.
The Molly Brown House Museum is the home of Margaret "Molly" Brown, heroine of the Titanic. The house, built by prominent Denver architect William Lang in 1889, was rescued from demolition by concerned citizens in 1970, and has since been restored to its 1910 Victorian appearance.
Our organization provides guided tours through the Museum and interacts with the community through many educational opportunities and special events. Visit www.mollybrown.org for a complete description of the Molly Brown House Musuem, the history of the home, and Margaret "Molly" Brown.
