Mission Statement

To heal, educate and inspire... Heal people's myofascial system through the art and science of yoga + bodywork. Educate the public on the health of the myofascial system and sustainable lifestyle choices. Inspire those we reach to go out into the world and share what they learn.

Description

Healsci Inc is a nonprofit community and education 501 (c) 3 organization. Our focus is on building community, educating the public on sustainable lifestyle choices and supporting the at-risk and troubled population.

Our foundational life skills, tutoring, mentoring and yoga program for at-risk and troubled girls provides a stable environement. Through the art and science of yoga we stablalize their erractic emotions, teaching them techniques to use for managing stress, anxiety, depression, loniless, bullying and eating disorders. Through the practice of yoga they find effective ways to find their voice and express their messages. Overtime, they grow into yoga teachers!
