Mission Statement

The Players is a Florida not-for-profit organization supported in part by the Woman's Exchange; Bank of America Client Foundation/Julius Brandenburg Fund; The Florida Theatrical Association, Publix, Bernard and Mildred Doyle Charitable Trust, Alfred and Ann Goldstein Foundation, Thomas and Lola Seligman Fund of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, Roberta Leventhal Sudakoff Foundation, The State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Cultural Affairs and the Florida Arts Council, and the National Endowment for the Arts; and the Tourists Development Tax through the Board of County Commissioners, the Tourist Development Council and the Sarasota County Arts Council
