Mission Statement
Non-Profit 501 (c) 3 Public Charity Designation Status. We are 100% devoted to providing the information, education, skill development, counseling and support required to help people develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with their pet(s). Success of our efforts shall be determined by substantial decrease in companion animals being abused, abandoned, and relinquished to animal facilities. Goal is to end companion animal killings thorughout PA. whenever possible.
