Our mission is for teens to find health, confidence, a positive stress relief and their own inner strength through exercise.
Power of Exercise is a 3 month summer program aimed at teaching teenagers how to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. We pair personal trainers with our teenage participants with a goal of jumpstarting them on a path to health and providing them all the tools nessisary to continue this healthy lifestyle into and throughout adulthood.
