Native American Educational Services, Inc., is dedicated to providing educational opportunties to American Indians and non-Indians as well, that are grounded in the rich tribal cultures they represent.

Description

Native American Educational Services Inc., is located in Chicago Illinois and was funded in 1974. Since that time it has provided college and non-credit educational opportunties to urban and reservation American Indian students. NAES founded the first private American Indian College in the United States. Today NAES offers a Tribal Research Library, a Native Language Institute, the Black Hawk Dance Troup, the Been Nah Un Dennah Drum group, the Native American Artist's Registry, and many other educational and cultural programs throughout the nation.
