VISION The vision of Divine Foundation is to change the mindset of the youth of the City of New Orleans. Educate and Train them to be productive members of society.
MISSION
The mission of Divine Foundation, Inc is to focus on empowering youth to reach their potential by providing an intense comprehensive youth development service in a diverse, caring environment and to prepare youth for a productive adulthood through educating then in financial literacy, certain apprentice skills, entrepreneurship, and advocacy necessary for success in the workplace and the market place.

Description

The Divine Foundation, Inc is a 501C3 non-profit organization. Our laser focus is to make REAL change in the socioeconomic condition of our at-risk youth with collaborative initiatives in entrepreneurship, educational/academic support, social skills and community development. We focus on empowering our youth to reach their potential by providing intense comprehensive development services. These services take place in a diverse, caring environment. They prepare youth for a productive adulthood through educating them in financial literacy, certain apprentice skills, entrepreneurship, and advocacy necessary for success in the workplace and the market place." "Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime." - We aim to significantly reduce poverty; economic disenfranchisement and financial illiteracy in our target population while impressing upon our youth their responsibility to our community.
