Vista Community Health Center (VCHC) is established to provide quality health services to the uninsured and underserved population in the communities of Sylmar, San Fernando, and Pacoima in Northern San Fernando Valley region of Southern California.

Description

VISTA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER (VCHC), is a nonprofit 501(3)(c) entity, located in the city of Sylmar. VCHC is a Family Practice clinic established to address the health disparities in the community. The clinic services a multycultural population of all ages and, this is reflected in the multi-ethnic staff.
